Peter HowesChief Executive Officer Masters of Business Administration With over 30 years experience in human resource management, founder and Chief Executive Officer Peter Howes has a distinguished global reputation as a consultant in HR metrics, analytics and workforce planning. Peter's major area of consulting over the past 20 years has been in workforce planning and HR/HCM analytics, reporting and measurement. Peter has extensive experience in developing HR information and measurement systems and processes, and over the past 10 years he has developed the Inform Business Impact Program, which has clients in Australia, North America and Europe. For the past five years he has spent most of his time consulting to global companies in North America and Europe. Peter is a member of the School of Management Advisory Committee at the Queensland University of Technology and in 2003, was awarded the Outstanding Alumni award for the Faculty of Business at QUT. Jonathan TerrellInform Business Impact Fellow Bachelor of Business (Management) Jonathan brings twenty years experience in the Information Technology industry, with a focus on the development of commercial applications, to his role at Inform Business Impact. As Inform Business Impact Fellow, Jonathan is responsible for the development of all aspects of the Inform Business Impact program, with particular emphasis on technological innovation and workforce analytics. Over the last 5 years, Jonathan was responsible for the management of the North American business, including the period in which Inform Business Impact acquired full operational responsibility for the CLC Metrics program. Jonathan combined his responsibility for growing and developing the business in this region with his passion for enabling Business Intelligence solutions for the HR community. For 12 years prior to this, Jonathan specialized in the development of operational systems through the initial building of the Lattice product and associated business, and the subsequent management of this business as a subsidiary of Mincom. |

Heather HowesFinancial Director Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Heather has had over 30 years experience as an Accountant and leads the Administration Team. Heather was involved in the establishment of Inform Business Impact, and has worked in all aspects of the administration of the business in this time. As a result, she has gained experience in all facets of running a business including accounting, taxation matters, payroll, workers' compensation, insurance, superannuation as well as the secretarial requirements. Prior to her involvement in Inform Business Impact, Heather worked as a Chartered Accountant in accounting and tax and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia. |

Brian KellyPresident, North America Bachelor of Arts (History) Brian Kelly serves as President of North America, overseeing all of Inform Business Impact's operations in the United States and Canada and continuing to build Inform Business Impact's presence in the marketplace. Before assuming this role, Brian led the business development team, driving awareness of Inform Business Impact services and expanding our membership base throughout North America. Prior to joining Inform Business Impact, Brian served as the Managing Director of DoubleStar. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Boston College. Brian has recently been a speaker at industry conferences/seminars including The Saratoga Institute, Balanced Scorecard Collaborative and The Conference Board on the topics of "Human Capital Measurement" and "Best Practices in Workforce Analytics". |

Tony AshtonGlobal Product Manager Bachelor of Arts (Majors in Political Science, Philosophy and History) Tony has over 14 years experience in human resource management and oversees Inform Business Impact's Australian Member Services and Product Management Teams. Tony takes a lead role in the presentation of workforce analysis for members and their executive teams, providing Inform Business Impact member training and strategic services such as KPI identification and review. Prior to joining Inform Business Impact, Tony worked as a human resource practitioner in the Australian Federal Government for 10 years, and over this time gained extensive experience across all of the functional areas of HR. Tony specializes in workforce reporting and analysis, workforce planning and developing strategic HR interventions, with considerable experience in employee relations, learning and development and strategic HR policy. Tony is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. |

Mathieu EllerbyDirector, Business Services Mathieu leads the Operations Team in the technical development of Inform Business Impact services - from gathering data to the final dashboard capabilities, and the evolving dashboard functionality. Mathieu forms the liaison between the Member Services Team and the technical teams, turning members' expectations and requirements into reality. Prior to joining Inform Business Impact, Mathieu was Executive Assistant Manager of the Carlton Crest Hotel, Brisbane and was in charge of all aspects of its operations. Mathieu brings his expertise from a long established hotel management background to his current role, and his extensive experience in management and leadership, his technical ability, and operational and financial experience are all exceedingly relevant to the high standards required in his pivotal operational position. |

Mark van MeursManager, Operations Bachelor of Commerce Mark has invested the last 12 years in fronting a diverse range of successful Business Intelligence and Information Management solutions globally. Prior to Inform Business Impact, this experience has been gained across a broad range of sectors, principally with large multinational organizations. Mark's roles have included leading teams and project teams of experienced Solution Architects, Auditors, Business Analysts, Finance Systems Analysts and Information Analysts. Mark has also found time to work more independently in related areas where he has a particular personal passion, including: Conceptual Design Patterns and Approach, OLAP, Financial Information Modeling and Analysis, Object Relationship Modeling and end-to-end Data Warehouse Solution and Process Design. As Manager of Operations, Mark is responsible for managing the team and technical processes responsible for transforming our members' data into information. From gathering the data, to publication of the dashboard, Mark forms the liaison between the Member Services Team and the technical teams. This translates into a continual drive to improve the relevance and reliability of our information provisioning - practically managing the tasks required to make members' expectations a reality. |

Terry FieldManager, Software and Technology Bachelor of Business Studies Terry is a senior software developer with over two decades experience in the IT industry. He has been engaged in a range of activities over this period which includes all aspects of software development, R&D, site management and technical services provision. Within Inform Business Impact, Terry directs the activities of the Software Development Team and is responsible for the teams working on the web portal software and the software toolkit supporting the production data processing. He also oversees the major technology infrastructure components supporting the Inform Business Impact business. |
